| eFRM Coach Update |
In accordance with the revisions to the FRM exam curriculum announced by Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), KESDEE Inc. has updated its online tutorial, eFRM Coach. eFRM Coach has five sections as follows:

| FIMMDA Conference, Singapore – 18th March 2006 |

KESDEE participated in the Annual Conference of Fixed Income Money Markets and Derivatives Association of India (FIMMDA) held on March 18, 2006 at Oriental Hotel in Singapore. KESDEE and FIMMDA have a strategic partnership. Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) and FIMMDA jointly offer “e-Coach” developed by KESDEE Inc for the students of Diploma Courses in Treasury, Investment and Risk Management.
The FIMMDA of India is a 90 member strong representative body for the bond, money and derivatives markets players in India. Its membership includes the State Bank of India, its Associate Banks, all Nationalized Banks, Indian Financial Institutions, Primary Dealers and Life Insurance Corporation of India.
