NASBA (National Association of State Boards of Accountancy) serves as a forum for the nation's state boards of accountancy, which administer the Uniform CPA Examination, license certified public accountants, and regulate the practice of public accountancy in the United States. NASBA (www.nasba.org) sponsors committee meetings, conferences, programs and services designed to enhance the effectiveness of its member boards.

NASBA has created the National Registry to assist its member boards in evaluating CPE sponsors and to assist accountants in selecting qualified providers of formal continuing education programs. The Registry recognizes organizations that offer continuing professional education courses for accountants in accordance with nationally recognized standards. The Registry is a highly selective listing of CPE providers and is made available to all interested parties. Participation in the Registry also helps sponsors like KESDEE Inc. to maintain the quality of their procedures for managing courses, gain national exposure as leaders in their respective fields, and apply the National Registry logo to indicate their approval status.

KESDEE Inc.'s initial application for approval of e-learning & Reference Solutions for CPE Credits is under review and approval is awaited by the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
